The difference between a framed and a frameless cabinet is in the door. A framed cabinet is where there is an actual frame work that is mounted to the body of the cabinet and the door is attached to the frame. When the cabinet is completed, you can still see the frame outlining the door. Frameless, better know as Full Access cabinets has the door hinge mounted into the side panel. The door then covers the whole body front of the cabinet.
